Confirming a users email in Sapper / Svelte (Rails API backend)
After a user has registered, we generally want to send the user an email which has a link in it that they have to click to confirm they "own" that email. This is a great way to keep spam down as the spammers have to have access to each of those email addresses and click each link. In this episode, we continue to connect our Rails API confirmation to our Svelte application.
